Tetrinet!

Here's a brief rundown on how to play Tetrinet.  If you found this without me directing you here, congrats!
The Basics
We all know how to play Tetris... right?  Okay, maybe not.  For a brief overview... blocks of various shapes and sizes will fall from the sky into your window (which we'll refer to as a field).  Your object is to rotate and drop these blocks into sections on the bottom of the field so that they form complete lines.  If you don't form these lines, the blocks will work their way to the top of the field, causing you to lose the game and cry.  And I don't want you to cry.
The Basics of TETRINET
Tetrinet is a lot like regular Tetris... the only difference is that this is multiplayer, attack Tetris!  As you complete and clear lines on your field, you'll see little, black and white lettered blocks appear on your field.  These are special items, which I'll explain in a bit.
Getting Started
Once you install and run the program, you'll see six tabs at the bottom of the program window.  The one on the right, SERVER SETTINGS, is for the game server only, so don't worry about it now.  The next tab, CLIENT SETTINGS, is the one you'll need to click first.  The Nickname box is the one in which you need to enter your creative nickname.  The IP address box is the one in which you need to enter the IP address of the server's computer.  The next tab, MISC SETTINGS, displays the controls, so be sure to look them over before playing.  You can also erase the midi here... because it gets annoying.  The next tab, WIN LIST, displays the highest scores of the players on your server, so don't worry about this now.  The second tab from the left, PARTYLINE, is the one you'll want to use before games.  This is where you chat with everyone who's playing.  Then, when the game begins, you'll want to click on the far left tab, SHOW FIELDS.
Playing
Once the game beings and you've clicked on the SHOW FIELDS tab, the action begins!  Each player is assigned a number, which is determined at the top of each player's field (and also in the PARTYLINE window).  It's important to note all the numbers, because you'll need them in order to use special items (more below).  Also, most servers play in CLASSIC MODE, which means that as players clear multiple lines, lines are added to other players' fields.  For example, if you clear 4 lines at once, 4 lines will be added to everyone else's board.  Nice, huh?
Special Items
Special items are displayed in the box underneath your field window.  The item on the far left is the one you are able to use; sorry, you can't select which item you wish to use.  If you want to delete the item, press D.  Otherwise, press the number of the player you wish to use it on.  For instance,  if you have an item you want to use on player 1, press "1".  If you have an item you want to use on player 5, press "5".  It's as simple as that!  It'll take a while to figure out what the items all do, but for starters, all of the blocks are offensive (used to harm other players) except for three of them... the G, N, and C (General Nutrition Center).  Typically, use G, N, and C on yourself, and use everything else on your opponents.
Other Stuff
If you have questions during gameplay, and you surely will, press "T" to talk.  A box will pop up, and you can type a message.  Be sure you're experienced before trying to talk during a heated game, though.  Also, if you desperately need the server to pause the game, just ask....
And... that's my tetrinet tutorial, written in 15 minutes!
